Cognitivity from Within the brain

The properties and characteristics of cognitive systems are traditionally determined through their manifestations in external behavior. The data accumulating in recent years show that the cognitivity of the system can be deduced from the activity of its nervous elements. These facts give us a new look at the very nature of the phenomenon of cognition.
