'Consumer and Decision Neuroscience'
Welcome to the official website of the Consumer and Decision Neuroscience satellite symposium organized by the International Laboratory of Social Neurobiology (HSE Institute for Cognitive Neuroscience, Russia)!
This interdisciplinary event will focus on the neural mechanisms underlying decision-making processes in risky, impulsive and social contexts as well as consumer behaviour, offering a platform for researchers to share their latest findings and theoretical advancements. Attendees will gain insights into how brain activity is linked to choices and preferences in the laboratory as well as in the real market. Recent advancements in neuromarketing have highlighted the specific role of visual, gustatory and olfactory sensations in directing consumer behavior. The symposium will present recent studies on how sensations of smell and taste may affect behavior in various contexts.
The Conference programme includes oral presentations of invited speakers.
