Competition for the best projects of fundamental scientific research carried out by young postgraduate students ("Graduate students")
The task of the Competition is to create conditions for the young graduate students to prepare a thesis for the degree of Candidate of Science, to assist in finding employment and securing young scientists in Russian scientific organizations.

The task of the competition is to support research projects aimed at obtaining new knowledge about nature, man and society, carried out by groups of individuals who independently determine the directions, topics and methods of research; creation of conditions for the implementation of fundamental research in new fields of knowledge that are emerging in science.
